FDM (Fused Deposition Modelling) - Plastics
This common 3D printing technology is an inexpensive and reliable method for the production of prototypes, but also for the production of small series.
(Fused Deposition Modelling) - metal
FDM technology in metal is an alternative to classic SLM printing. It enables the production of machine elements, pipe connections, spare parts as well as tools, fixtures and brackets.
Selective Laser Sintering (SLS)
Complex structures, geometries and intricate moulds made of rubber or plastic can be processed using the SLS 3D printing process.
Selective Laser Melting (SLM)
The 3D printing technology «Selective Laser Melting (SLM)» is used for the production of functional components, especially those made of metal.
MultiJet Fusion (MJF)
The 3D printing technology of the Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) process is based on the fusion of powder layers and is a more cost-effective alternative to the SLS process.
Investment casting
This hybrid solution is ideal for applications where an injection-moulded quality surface is required but the geometry is too complex or costly for conventional production methods.
Stereolithography (SLA)
Stereolithography SLA enables the production of highly transparent components in a way that is almost impossible with any other technology.
Binder Jetting (BJ)
The finished product, e.g. made of quartz sand, can be used untreated for (metal) casting moulds or for interior design objects.
