GARANT Tool24 combined with "Kardex Remstar" - Flexible storage of different products

By connecting Kardex Remstar lift systems and carousels to the GARANT Tool24 dispensing systems, the systems also fulfil the requirements of manufacturing companies that also operate a buffer warehouse or a larger main warehouse. This results in an integrated, automated solution - from article dispensing to buffer and main storage as well as reordering.

The Megamat RS from Kardex Remstar is an automated carousel for the storage of goods with high access frequency. These include containers with small parts, components, tools, spare parts and semi-finished products. The Kardex Remstar Shuttle XP lift systems, on the other hand, are designed for order picking with maximum storage density and are suitable not only for storing spare parts, but also for heavy tools and components. The GARANT Tool24 systems can be individually combined with the carousels and lift systems from Kardex Remstar. This provides even more flexibility for storing different products.

With the help of GARANT Tool24 software, stock levels and stock movements can also be monitored efficiently in Kardex Remstar lift systems and carousels at cost centre and user level, and article output can be controlled using functions such as pick-by-light. In addition to picking, you can also use the Tool24 software to manage returnable items, measuring equipment or regrinding products.
