GARANT UNI Line – Perforated panels and provision systems

The GARANT UNI Line storage system is an individually configurable perforated panel system. It can be used universally and supports, for example, the implementation of the 5S-method or the provision of first-aid materials, cleaning materials, tools and information. It is also available already equipped, e.g. as FIRST AID Wall or ESD-CLEANING Wall .
The GARANT UNI LINE series is available in stationary and mobile (moveable) versions and can be expanded with a wide range of accessories. The compatibility with the Easyfix system opens up a wide range of options. In addition, the modules can be individually equipped with labelling boards and attachments in various colours as well as extensive accessories such as self-adhesive pictograms, shelves, hinged doors and drawer modules – depending on requirements and application.
All products in the series are made of sturdy sheet steel and powder-coated in silver-grey and anthracite.

GARANT perforated panels optimally complement the provision systems
The useful and robust GARANT perforated panels made of sheet steel are designed for easy and individual attachment of plastic boxes, open storage bins, holders for ring binders, perforated panel accessories and Easyfix hooks and holders.
The wide range of accessories can be arranged individually, providing you with space-saving and organised storage of tools, work materials and informative material.
The GARANT boards are made of high-quality sheet steel, silver powder coated, with a very stable design thanks to rear cross beams. The 9 x 9 mm square holes in a 37 mm grid allow easy attachment of Easyfix hooks and holders and other perforated panel accessories, which can be combined according to your individual requirements.
Depending on personal requirements, the GARANT boards can be used to store product assortments for various applications and be marked with the corresponding adhesive stickers. Perforated panels can be wall-mounted either vertically or horizontally. The panels include the appropriate accessories for wall mounting.
GARANT boards are available in three practical sizes:
_S 50 x 51.8 cm (almost square)
_M 50 x 77.7 cm
_L 50 x 155.4 cm
The useful sticker assortment is included in the scope of delivery. This can be used to label the GARANT boards according to individual requirements. The perforated board size “L” can also be subdivided into different areas for various applications/assortments using the adhesive orange strips.

Accessories for the GARANT perforated boards can be individually arranged in many different ways, whether for organisation, cleaning or for personal protective equipment. With the GARANT board assortments, you also get the matching board hooks and holders.
Organising Board assortment (O1)
For organised and clear, space-saving storage. The Organising Board assortment consists of:
- 2 magnetic sticks
- 3 drawings pockets in A4 format
- 1 writing surface
- 1 plastic box for pens/scissors/etc.
- 1 double tool clip for markers or similar
- 1 simple hook

Cleaning Board assortment (C1)
Perfect for clear, easily accessible and space-saving storage of everything needed for cleaning. This assortment consists of:
- 2 long plastic boxes for cleaning products / disposable gloves / cleaning cloths
- 3 short and one long hook for dustpan / broom / bucket
- 1 paper roll holder

Safety Board assortment (S1)
This ensures that your personal safety and protective equipment is always within easy reach and protected from damage during storage. The appropriate occupational first aid box is thus easily accessible. The assortment consists of:
- 1 open storage bin incl. divider, viewing window, cover and label for dust-free and clean storage of e.g. respiratory masks
- 3 hooks for the first aid box, hearing protection and a high-visibility waistcoat
- 1 hook each for safety helmet and safety glasses
- 1 tool clip for a torch
- 1 plastic box for safety gloves
