Design software - fischer FiXperience

The fischer FiXperience design software supports you as a planner, structural engineer and craftsman safely and reliably when designing your anchorages. FiXperience has a modular structure and can be used for a wide range of applications. With the help of the user-friendly individual programmes, anchorages and fixings can be designed and dimensioned easily and flexibly.

Design aid - FIS EM Plus with anchor rod FIS A/RG M

Tensile and shear loads of single anchors with one component edge and one centre distance under static and quasi-static, seismic and fire loads for anchor rods of sizes M 8 to M 56 according to NORM EN1992-4.

Design aid - FIS EM Plus Rebar

Tensile and shear loads of single anchors with one component edge and one centre distance under static and quasi-static, seismic and fire actions for reinforcing steel B500B, stainless reinforcing steel and concrete-concrete shear connectors of sizes Ø 10 to Ø 40 according to NORM EN1992-4.

Design aid - FIS SB with anchor rod FIS A/RG M

Tensile and shear loads of single anchors with one component edge and one centre distance under static and quasi-static, seismic and fire loads for anchor rods of sizes M 8 to M 30 according to NORM EN1992-4.

Design aid - FIS SB Rebar

Tensile and shear loads of single anchors with one component edge and one centre distance under static and quasi-static, seismic and fire loads for reinforcing steel B500B and concrete-concrete shear connectors of sizes Ø 10 to Ø 32 according to NORM EN1992-4.

Design aid - FAZ II Plus bolt anchors

Tensile and shear loads of single anchors with one component edge and one centre distance under static and quasi-static, seismic and fire loads for FAZ II Plus M 6 to M 24 bolt anchors in accordance with EN1992-4.

Design aid - Concrete screw FBS II

Tensile and shear loads of single anchors with one component edge and one centre distance under static and quasi-static, seismic and fire loads for concrete screw FBS II 6 to 14 according to NORM EN1992-4.

Technical Information – Gluing in wood

fischer FIS EM Plus epoxy resin mortar for use in glued-laminated and laminated beams made of spruce (Picea abies), fir (Abies alba), or pine (Pinus sylvestris) can be used to create high-performance and attractive wood-to-wood, wood-to-concrete, and wood-to-steel joints. Whitepaper - Significance of the new standard DIN EN1992-4

The standard DIN EN1992-4, published in spring 2019, comprehensively regulates the design of fixings in concrete as Part 4 of Eurocode 2. It replaces a large number of old guidelines and technical bulletins. DIN EN1992-4 reflects the current state of the art and increases both safety and transparency for users when designing anchors. Find out everything you need to know in the fischer whitepaper.

Design aid - subsequent reinforcement connections

Reinforcing bars that are installed with fischer injection mortars in accordance with the European Technical Assessment exceed the bond strength of bars set in concrete. In Switzerland, the design is therefore carried out in the same way as for bars set in concrete in accordance with EN 1992-1-1. You have a choice of three systems for post-installed reinforcement connections. Use the enclosed design aid to find the ideal system for your application.

Design aid - Repair and strengthening of concrete structures

The loads on concrete structures have steadily increased in recent years. Increasing traffic volumes, heavier vehicles, environmental conditions and ageing have meant that many concrete structures will have to be refurbished in the coming years. The concrete-concrete shear connectors FCC were developed to monolithically connect a concrete topping to an existing concrete supporting structure. The enclosed brochure provides detailed information on the various systems and loads.

CAD data

Planners and designers will find both 2D and 3D data for standard and branded products from our standard range in the Cadenas eCatalogue solution. The data can be downloaded in various data formats such as STP, DWG or DXF and transferred to your PLM or ERP system.
