You’ll be able to use the new sfs.ch online shop – boasting a new look and lots of new features – since Monday, December 15, 2025. Look forward to more intuitive navigation, improved filter functions plus other changes and highlights – for a faster and more convenient shopping experience.

Will SFS’s online shop app still be supported?
No, the app is being discontinued. However, the new online shop is fully mobile – and includes a scanning function.
Will my watchlists be lost?
Your saved watch lists will be transferred to the new system and you will still be available to use them.
What will happen to consignments and cost centers?
Your consignments and cost centers will be transferred from the old online shops at sfs.ch and hoffmann-group.com/CH/de/.
Will my saved favorites be transferred?
Since the favorites function will no longer be available in the new online shop, any favorites saved in the previous system will not be transferred.
What will happen to my employees’ permissions?
All existing permissions will be kept unchanged.
Will it still be possible to access the old Hoffmann Switzerland URL?
No, the old Hoffmann Switzerland URL will automatically redirect you to sfs.ch. If you have been placing orders through the online shop of Hoffmann Switzerland until now, you will be completely migrated to the new sfs.ch online shop.
What about the availability of the hardware store product ranges?
The complete range of hardware store products will continue to be available at sfs.ch .
Can I still use my scanner?
- The SFS scanner can still be used.
- The Hoffmann scanner will no longer be supported. Order your new SFS scanner directly from the online shop (article number 652363: miniScanner for SFS Netscan | SFS) or get in touch with your contact person.
What will happen to my login details?
- You will receive instructions on how to log in as well as other additional information a few days before the switch.
- If you have been placing orders through SFS’s online shop (sfs.ch), your current login details (login and password) will remain unchanged.
- If you have been placing orders through Hoffmann’s online shop (hoffmann-group.com/CH/de/), your login will change: You will now use your e-mail address to access the site; your password will remain unchanged.
