Compact optical shaft measuring machine for fully automatic measurement of small rotationally symmetrical workpieces such as turned parts. The MarShaft SCOPE 250 plus has a highly accurate roundness measuring axis (C) and a vertical measuring axis (Z) with a measurement range of 250 mm. Modern high-resolution CMOS matrix camera (live image) with an image field of 1088 × 2048 pixels. The very high image rate of 120 images per second permits very short measurement cycle times. Zoom functions permit measurement of very small details which with conventional measurement processes can only be measured with difficulty of not at all. Absolute measurement.
