Application Notes:
The SFS hammer drill bit with 4-flutes features a new geometry of the carbide plate, a dynamic, chisel-shaped drill head and a multi-spiral, large-volume helix. The patented KVS spiral, which dampens vibrations and improves drilling performance, increases drilling speed and service life.
The Ø 5 drill bits are used to drill holes for DT (spike) and TI concrete screws, while the Ø 6 drill bits are used for MXC and MDC concrete screws for sandwich panels.
They are particularly advantageous when the reinforcement is close to the surface and needs to be partially penetrated.
