Shipping information

We only deliver to addresses in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

The delivery costs are made up of the shipping costs and the packaging costs.

If your delivery contains bulky items, you will be charged a surcharge. Bulky and heavy deliveries that have to be delivered by lorry have special rates. All costs incurred are shown accordingly in the checkout.

If we dispatch deliveries from different warehouses, you will only be charged the shipping costs once.

The delivery time is 1-2 days

With the Economy shipping method, all orders received by 5.30 pm (Monday - Thursday) or by 4.30 pm (Friday) are delivered within 1-2 days.

With the Priority shipping method, all incoming orders are delivered by 16:15 (Monday-Thursday) or by 15:15 (Friday) on the following day.

With the Express shipping method, all incoming orders are delivered by 17:15 (Monday - Thursday) or by 16:15 (Friday) by 09:00 on the following day. Express orders placed after 15:00 (Monday - Thursday) or after 14:00 (Friday) must not contain more than 5 items. The delivery guarantee is only guaranteed for parcels.

Exception: Items with higher handling requirements have longer lead times and must be ordered by 15:30. The expected delivery date is always shown in the checkout before the order is finalised.

With the Priority dispatch type, you can enter a preferred date for your delivery during the ordering process.

Parcel deliveries are made by Swiss Post. Larger consignments are sent with our contract carriers. Our delivery services always endeavour to deliver the consignment as quickly as possible. However, we ask for your understanding should there be a delay in delivery. These are usually due to weather or traffic conditions.

You can also collect many items from your local HandwerkStadt store or directly from a central warehouse. To do this, you must select the desired collection location. Goods in stock can be collected 2 hours after receipt of the order, other items on the following day from 13:00. If the items can be collected, this will be indicated in the checkout under the delivery options.

There are no postage costs for collection.

Special provisions apply to shipments to the Büsingen and Samnaun areas.

Büsingen

The Express «Mond» shipping method is excluded for shipments to Büsingen.

Samnaun

For customs reasons, shipping to Samnaun by SFS is not possible.
