RÖNTGEN carbide titanium:
Carbide-tipped band saw blade with ground tooth profiles. (Hardness approx. 1600 HV). Very high rate of metal removal.
Carbide (HM) tipped high-performance saw blade with a positive rake angle (10°) and special tooth geometry to increase the machining parameters. Performance increase in comparison to the quality carbide-titanium MU of 10-30% with the same tool life due to forte C coating. The cutting edges are pre-rounded, eliminating the need to run the belt in.
