Multipower 184 is an innovative inverter welding machine that is characterised by its robust and reliable design. It is suitable for all electrode applications, as well as TIG applications in the DC range with lift arc ignition, and the built-in total protection protects the inverter from mains-side overvoltages and enables operation on non-stabilised mains and motor units.
Multipower 184 is equipped with a PFC module that operates from 90 volts to 270 volts AC. The voltage applied is recognised by the device and all parameters are automatically adjusted.
Furthermore, this system allows cable lengths of up to 100m without the synergic adjustment of the options, Arc Force, Hot Start and Anti Stick, enabling optimum welding results with electrode diameters of up to 4mm. The optimised Lift Arc ignition in TIG DC mode reduces the contamination of the tungsten electrode.
