These retaining ropes are intended for attachment to the ball lock pins as well as the ball clamping pins and socket pins and are used to prevent loss.

- Holding rope: Thermoplastic PA 6, grey
- Sheathing of retaining cable: thermoplastic PA 6, grey
Fit the retaining clips (Fig. 5 /6) to the ball lock pin using a soft-face mallet. Removal by levering out with a screwdriver.
For the thermoplastic version (Fig. 7), cut off protruding ends burr-free after fastening.
Spiral-shaped version (Fig. 8) with very long usable length.
