The SX5/20-30-S16-5.5x53 (SAP 1133684) and SX5/20-30-S19-5.5x53 (SAP 1155085) were developed to fasten trapezoidal sheets in the raised bead to the substructure. The thread under the head is a kind of "support thread" that pulls up the trapezoidal sheet.
