Das Dichtband EPDM ist selbstklebend und wird zwischen die Aluminium-Unterkonstruktion und die Fassaden-Bekleidungsplatten gelegt. Theoretisch kann es auch auf Holz-Unterkonstruktionen verwendet werden, nur muss es allenfalls zusätzlich noch angetackert werden.
