As a combination of blind rivet nut and screw, blind rivet studs are a technical and economical alternative to weld studs or other multi-part T-slot systems. The blind rivet stud fulfils a dual function. On the one hand, they connect thin materials, even those made of different materials. On the other hand, it provides an additional fastening point or positioning aid with the securely and permanently fixed screw. The knurled PolyGrip blind rivet studs made of steel are an extension of the proven multi-range technology. They combine the advantages of covering large clamping areas and knurling for high torsion resistance. The correspondingly long longitudinal knurling results in uniform setting behaviour over the entire clamping range and a very large closing head. Ideally, the knurled PolyGrip blind rivet screw can replace up to five different standard DIN dimensions. This saves handling and storage costs and also reduces the risk of confusion in the workplace.
