"The new SDA5 drill fastener with its patent-pending fastener geometry and optimized drill point enables a secure and permanent connection of stainless steel or aluminium wall brackets with aluminium support profiles from a thickness of 1.5 mm. The use of A4 1.4578 material meets the requirements of DIN 18516-1.
° With two fasteners, uniquely high clamping range from 3.5 to 8.0 mm.
° Flexible due to SW8 hexagon drive and SR2 internal drive
° High drilling capacity up to 5 mm in aluminum
° Only one fastener for sliding and fixed point
Fixing the sliding point:When connecting the aluminum support profile to the wall bracket, it is essential to ensure that the SDA5 drill fastener is overdrilled in the middle of the slotted hole to ensure constraint-free installation.
Fixed point installation:In the fixed point (round hole), the new SDA5 drill fastener can be fastened in contact or by over-tightening.
