Description
Advantage:
- The FSW adjusting washer and fischer UltraCut FBS II 10 US concrete screw can be used to adjust wooden beams quickly and easily.
- The adjustment process is simplified, so that the support of a second person is not required.
- The adjusting washer is installed to the wooden beam using commonly available screws (recommendation: fischer PowerFast FPF-PT 5x40, Art. no. 652880).

Suitable for:
- Concrete C20/25 to C50/60, cracked and non-cracked
Application Notes:
- Create a drilled hole using a hammer drill or hollow drill, and prepare the drilled hole in the wooden beam.
- Clean the drilled hole. Cleaning is not necessary if a hollow drill is used to drill the hole. Cleaning the drilled hole is also not necessary if it is drilled vertically into the ceiling or floor. However, the drill hole depth must be increased by 3x the drilling diameter for holes drilled in the floor.
- Combine the adjusting disc with the concrete screw so that the preformed washer on the concrete screw fits into the recess on the adjusting washer.
- Set the concrete screw using an impact wrench (recommendation: fischer FSS 18V 400BL with torque control) using the specified torque.
- Place a second adjusting washer on the installed concrete screw with the depression facing downward.
- Fasten the fischer adjusting washer on the wood using commonly available screws with a flat head.
- Now the concrete screw can be loosened again slightly and the beam can be aligned and shims inserted or mortar added under the beam as necessary. Re-tighten the concrete screw after adjustment. We recommend using the fischer FSS 18V 400BL impact wrench with torque control.
- Optional: After completing adjustment, the top adjusting washer can be removed once again and used for the next installation.
