Description:
Adjustable fastening system for sloped insulation on concrete.
Advantage:
"
- Easy handling
- No dowels necessary
- Only one fastener for different heights in the pitched roof
- One setting depth for all fasteners, less drilling
- Suitable for pitched roofs up to 815 mm thick
- Low insertion torque
- High pull-out values
- Easy disassembly
- Corrosion-protected thanks to the proven Durocoat®-coating
- Easy to screw in using electric or cordless screwdrivers
- Slip-resistant fastener and grommet combination
"
Application Area:
The adjustable TIA concrete fastener is the ideal solution for fastening sloped roof insulation to concrete, hollow concrete planks or concrete roof cassettes. With the TIA fasteners and the RP50n, RP75n, TPA50n, FI-R-20n plastic grommets, insulation packs from 60 to 840 mm can be fastened to concrete. Thanks to an ideal combination of lengths, different insulation thicknesses (differences of up to 100 mm) can be fastened with the same screw/grommet combination.
Application Notes:
For fastening roof waterproofing and sloped insulation to concrete with a minimum strength of C12/15.
Setting depth: min. 20 mm
Drill hole depth 10-20 mm deeper than setting depth
Fastener grommet combination for the roof structure heights (KL) see combination table.
Installation:
- Create drill hole in concrete
- Insert the grommet into the pre-drilled hole and insert the screw into the grommet
- Screw the screw through the grommet into the concrete with contact pressure
- Tighten the grommet if necessary
