Version:
XCONTROL – tactile tool contact point for tool breakage monitoring and tool length measurement. Measurement accuracy +/- 0.01 mm and repetition accuracy +/- 0.005 mm.
- Suitable only for Siemens and Heidenhain controllers.
- The machine requires a functioning USB port on the control panel.
- For use only in conjunction with the XCONNECT No. 359455 1.
- Dust-tight and watertight = IP67.
- Quick commissioning without hardware changeover and service engineer use.
- No need to interfere with the machine tool operating system!
- Drills from ⌀ 0.3 mm can be measured or tested.
Function:
IP67: Protected against intermittent immersion in water and protected against penetration by dust (dust-tight), also completely protected against touching.
Application:
For tool breakage and process monitoring in an automated machine tool or for multi-machine operation.
For tool length measurement and automatic transmission of data to a machine tool.
