Embossing technology, also known as pre-embossing, is a technology in which the workpiece to be clamped is provided with a defined contour outside the machine tool before it is positively clamped in a vice. Clamping situations that require high holding forces and where there is a risk of deformation on the workpiece in particular can be mastered with good process reliability through pre-stamping. Embossing technology is an optimum solution especially for 5-face machining where optimum accessibility is required.
- Embossing materials up to 45 HRC (tensile strength 1450 N/mm2) possible.
- Max. Embossing force 180kN (18 t), linear embossing force progression.
- Adjustment of the pneumatic embossing pressure between 0.5 and 6.5 bar.
- Quick adjustment at 30 mm intervals.
- Fine adjustment by knurled screw.
- Everything mounted on a base plate – conforms to CE, can be used safely and in a compact manner as a single unit.
- The operating button is directly on the embossing station and thus there are no pneumatic hoses outside the station.

- Embossing station for embossing cubic, metallic raw material with a hardness of up to 45 HRC.
- For both industrial and private use.
- No embossing of plastics.
- No embossing of non-metallic materials.
- No embossing of materials containing more than 80% magnesium.
- Do not use in explosion hazard areas.
- No embossing of materials with a hardness of more than 45 HRC.
- Not for use in areas where high concentrations of dust, flammable gases, vapours or solvents are present.
- Do not subject it to blows, impacts or heavy loads.
- Do not make any unauthorised modifications.
