Machine control and test procedure can be easily operated using the industrial 24-inch touch screen. The test procedure is performed automatically. The hardness values are determined using the high-resolution HD camera. The 6-fold revolver head permits the mounting of up to four lenses and two penetration heads (2nd. position optional). The motorised height adjustment of the Z-axis permits ultra-fast auto-focus. The modular machine concept permits subsequent expansion to a fully automatic system at any time. iSMART manual XY table with travel 50 × 50 mm, UN-TESTPAT/02 software for free sample configuration with UN-MCHD for hardness progression measurements, lenses of 10x and 50x magnification.
