When using the torque analyser HCT in conjunction with a torque wrench HCT:

Simultaneous display of the measurement values of the torque wrench HCT and the torque analyser HCT on the display of the torque analyser.
Display and automatic evaluation of the peak values achieved by the torque wrench HCT and the torque analyser HCT.
HCT torque wrenches blocked due to overload can be released again using the torque analyser. (After release, calibration of the torque wrenches HCT is recommended).

Supplied with:

USB-C data cable, reversible ratchet with ejector (size 12-340: plug-in ratchet, size 500 and 850: fixed ratchet), 1 commercially available Li-ion rechargeable battery type 18650 3.6V / 3400 mAh (can be charged directly in the tool via a USB-C plug). Supplied in a sturdy plastic case.

Note:

Suitable additional batteries can be found under No. 081574 3500. Charger for 4 batteries available as options under: 081590 4ULTRA.
A holder for mounting or suspending the torque wrench is available under No. 655039 1.
To protect the wrench from impacts, the protective cover 65 5024 655010 can also be purchased.
Using gateway No. 650022 GATEWAY, the torque wrench can be integrated into any higher-level system (e.g. MES) via open protocol.

The product can also be connected to a PC or laptop via HID (without software) using the HCT Smart Dongle No. 498998 STICK.

Warning:

Intended use

For controlled tightening and loosening of screws and nuts.
For left and right-hand tightening.
Note the effective length of the plug-in head or extension and make the corresponding adjustment.
For work in industrial environments.
Before use, allow the unit 30 minutes residence to acclimatise to room temperature.
Only use if there is reliable stability and sufficient freedom of movement.
Keep the handle clean.
If dirty, clean before use.
Check that the device is in perfect functional condition and is safe to operate before use.
Use only when it is technically in good condition and safe to operate.
If the device is dropped or collides with other objects, do not use again until it has been thoroughly checked and calibrated.
Use only in combination with plug-in heads that are suitable in shape and design.
Have the wrench regularly calibrated and adjusted.
Always cover unused bushes.

Reasonably foreseeable misuse

Avoid vibration, reverse movement, shaking, impacts.
Do not exceed maximum torque of torque wrench, socket, plug-in head and screw attachment.
Do not use the wrench as an impact tool, do not throw it.
Only open the housing on the battery cover for battery replacement.
Do not use in explosion hazard areas.
Not for use where there is exposure to intense heat, direct sunlight, naked flames or liquids.
Do not operate outdoors or in rooms with high atmospheric humidity.
Do not make any unauthorised changes or modifications to it.
Do not mount components not in accordance with the specification.
