Rigid base body made of GGG60, slides induction hardened and ground.
Function:
Place and secure the first and second component to the mobile jaws. If the crank is turned past the engagement point, the clutch disengages. The pressure spindle activates the mechanical power intensifier.
Application:
- For horizontal use.
- Capable of clamping 2 different workpieces or clamping 2 identical parts. Dimensional differences ± 2.5 mm (workpiece 1 to workpiece 2).
- Conventional and gripper clamping using carrier jaws or a combination of the two.
- Capable of clamping 2 different workpieces or clamping 2 identical parts. Size differences ± 2.5 mm.
