Description

Advantage:

  • In combination with the FIS EM Plus injection mortar, the internally threaded anchor is approved for anchoring in wood in accordance with abG and ETA.
  • Available in galvanised and stainless steel versions in internal thread sizes M8 - M20 (external diameter M12 - M30), it can be used flexibly both indoors and outdoors.
  • The flush finish of the internal thread solution enables safe component transport to the construction site without bending protruding anchor rods.
  • The recommended fischer centring clips DD-E and DD-S allow ideal centring of the internally threaded anchors in the drill hole.
  • The internally threaded anchor FIS IG allows the fixing point in timber to be removed and reused flush with the surface.

Application Area:

  • Glulam and laminated beams made of spruce (Picea abies), fir (Abies alba) or pine (Pinus sylvestris)

  • Prefabricated components for assembly on the construction site.
  • Demountable and temporary fixings.
  • Anchoring in wood, see national / European system approval for gluing into wood.

Application Notes:

  • The internally threaded anchor FIS IG is suitable for pre-positioned installation in timber.
  • The anchor is centred in the drill hole by attaching centring aids such as the fischer centring clips DD-E and DD-S.
  • The fixing element is set by hand by slightly screwing it in until the anchor is countersunk flush with the surface.
