The fischer FHY hollow ceiling anchor is an internally threaded anchor made of galvanised steel and stainless steel. The FHY is ideal for anchoring pipes, cable trays and ventilation ducts in prestressed concrete hollow slabs both indoors and outdoors. The general building authority approval offers added safety. The hollow ceiling anchor is inserted into the drill hole by hand and driven in flush with the surface of the building material using a hammer. The simple installation saves time. The moulded edge prevents the anchor sleeve from slipping deeper into the cavity and makes installation easier. When the torque is applied, the cone is pulled into the expansion sleeve. This expands in the cavity and braces against the wall of the drill hole in the solid construction material.
