Express anchor 8/10/75 MAX

The Upat Express Anchor MAX is the champion in its class when it comes to bolt anchors. This steel anchor, in a galvanised zinc coating, is particularly suitable for fastening medium to heavy loads indoors in cracked and uncracked concrete and natural stone with a dense structure. The Express anchor MAX can be conveniently installed in pre- and push-through mounting and hammered into the blown-out drill hole with little effort. When the nut is tightened in an installation-friendly manner, the bolt pushes itself into the expansion clip, which expands against the borehole wall using proven technology, thus ensuring maximum holding security. The bolt anchor is used particularly frequently for fastening cable support systems and stair railings.

• Short (K): The short version of the bolt anchor reduces the drill hole depth and the risk of hitting reinforcement, and enables quick installation while saving costs
• Large washer (GS): The large washer protects the surface of the attachment and prevents cutting into wood

Function: When the nut is tightened, the bolt pushes into the expansion clip, which spreads against the borehole wall. If cracks appear in the building material, the expansion element is retightened by the cone and the load-bearing capacity of the anchor is maintained.

Installation: The Upat Expressanker MAX is installed using through-hole mounting. Drill the hole, clean the drill hole. Drive in the bolt anchor. Tighten to the specified torque – done. The bolt diameter is equal to the drill hole diameter.
