Ready-to-use, solvent-free, permanently elastic, silicone-based 1-component sealant. Primerless, suitable for almost all materials and substrates as well as for sanitary applications and damp rooms.

The sealant has excellent adhesive properties, is fungicidal and works without primer on a variety of substrates such as wood, concrete, metal, plastics and many paint systems. The sealant is ideal for repairing and sealing expansion joints in building construction, façade panelling, air conditioning systems, connections to doors, windows and window sills in general for wood, construction and metal applications. Also for sealing connections between single-pane and insulating glass, also in conjunction with laminated safety glass panes and the frame (not in the rebate area or at the glass joint).

Only apply to clean, grease-free, dry and stable surfaces. Existing joints and loose parts must be completely removed beforehand.
