Description:
Lifting magnets are the ideal solution for safe and efficient handling of ferromagnetic materials. Whether in Production departments, warehouses or construction sites – these powerful tools offer maximum performance and easy handling.
Advantage:
- Impressive lifting capacity, up to several kilogrammes depending on the model.
- Equipped with a sturdy magnet system and a safety-locking mechanism that prevents unintentional release.
- No external power required for permanent magnets – ideal for mobile applications.
- Compact design ensures easy operation and storage.
Application:
- Loading and unloading of machine tools
- Safe lifting and transportation of flat and round materials up to 1300 kg.
- For steel or cast iron parts, plates, rods or pipes.
- For use in warehouses, foundries / steelworks, storage of steel, tool-making, and production areas.
Note:
Air gap < 0.1 mm for steel material! Switch on the load lifting magnet only on magnetic surfaces! The geometry of the workpiece to be lifted should be chosen to suit the safety concept. Test certificate for break-away forces available on request. Annual testing required by law according to DIN EN 13155. Return form available in the eShop.
The annual inspection of lifting magnets is carried out after initial use.
Warning:
Intended use- Always arrange loads in a horizontal position. Use the device individually. Never lift several loads together. The pole faces of the magnet must always be completely covered by the workpiece. Avoid air gaps between the load and the pole face caused by unevenness, rough surfaces, dirt and burrs as far as possible. Avoid thin loads as far as possible. Lift and move loads made of material with the highest possible ferromagnetic alloy content (e.g.
Reasonably foreseeable misuse- Fe and Co). Lifting and transporting persons. Exceeding the specified load capacities. Use at temperatures above 80°C. Use with non-ferromagnetic materials. Operation without prior instruction.
