Description
Application:
- Wedge surfaces produce high clamping forces.
- Wedge clamps can be used in tapped holes or T-slots.
- When the clamping screw is screwed in, the clamping segments press against the workpieces.
- A slot in the double wedge allows for movement and tolerance adjustment. Movement distance: M8 = ± 0.5 mm; M10 and M12 = ± 1.0 mm; M16 = ± 1.5 mm.
- Wedge clamps are suitable for multiple clamping.
- Machining allowance enables adjustments to match the contour.
Material:
Double wedge and clamping segments heat-treatable steel, hardened, black.
Note:
The machining allowance per jaw is 3 mm for the M8X25 version and 5 mm for the M10X25, M12X40 and M16X60 versions.
