- High-quality spheroidal cast iron with hardened, ground workpiece mounting face and precision-ground guides.
- The desired clamping pressure can be preselected – without high pressure in position 0.
- No loss of clamping force.
- Interchangeable jaws, hardened and ground.
- Height tolerance ± 0.03 mm.
- Fast alignment with two loose tenons in the precisely manufactured vice slot.
Application:
- For vibration-free and absolutely reliable clamping with the highest possible cutting and feed rate forces.
- The uniform support height allows efficient working with several vices at the same time.
- The clamping action is performed using a crank. High clamping forces are achieved with minimal force in a maximum of two spindle revolutions.
