The 31-piece eco-fix rail set is a clamping system for small and medium-sized workpieces.
It contains 3 clamping profile bars and 3 clamping plates. The system is connected to one another on the comparator stand. This creates an extremely versatile and flexible base on which the modular fixture is constructed.
Mounting pins are positioned so that they support the workpiece at strategic points. Using various system components such as extensions, support elements, taper arbors, stop elements and spring clips, the
workpiece is oriented in the desired direction and fixed. The mounting pins are screwed to the clamping plate using grub screws, which are easily moved up and down on the rails and can be locked at the desired positions.
The kit is supplied in a foam padded inlay and contains all the tools required for assembling a fixture.
