Diamond polishing bodies (diamond bound in EVA-PU) have micro-abrasive removal properties. For polishing, smoothing and cleaning all materials. Creates shiny surfaces. Ideal as a follow-up step after pre-grinding with ceramic grinding bodies and plastic grinding bodies. Safely removes microburrs on non-ferrous metals and aluminium. A long service life of the polishing bodies is guaranteed, since the diamond is directly bonded to the EVA-PU and therefore the diamond material cannot break off when used correctly. If the polishing bodies are heavily soiled, they can be cleaned with water and cleaning agents.

For use in our GARANT vibratory finishing machine GMT2 (No. 501310 GMT2).
