The Safe-STAT® RM 1000 teraohm meter is a high-precision resistance meter for testing ESD protective measures in accordance with DIN EN 61340. It is ideal for use in EPAs (Electrostatic Protected Area).
- Surface resistance, volume resistance and resistance to ground can be measured in accordance with DIN EN 61340 by using the measuring voltages of 10 V and 100 V.
- Automatic adjustment of measuring voltage.
- Resistance indicator to one decimal place (1.1 × 106 or 110 KOhm).
- Upper and lower limit values can be set.
- Coloured graphical TFT touch display.
- Built-in temperature and humidity sensor.
- Works with battery or rechargeable battery.
- Numerical and graphical display of the 96 measurement memories.
- USB interface for exporting the data.
Application:
