Description:
The Upat UFD metal frame anchor is the ideal anchor for tension-free spacer mounting. The UFD, consisting of a metal sleeve and a flat head screw made of electro-galvanised steel, enables time-saving push-through mounting in solid and perforated building materials. When the screw is tightened, the anchor expands and braces itself against the drill hole wall. This functional principle ensures tension-free installation, enabling precise positioning and long-lasting fastening of window and door frames.

Application Notes:
Function: When the screw is tightened, the metal cone is pulled into the plug sleeve. The special plug geometry allows the metal frame plug to spread from both sides and ensures tension-free fastening. The metal frame plug spreads in the drill hole and in the attachment part
Installation: The Upat UFD metal frame plug is inserted through the hole and is suitable for spacer mounting. Drill the hole, insert the metal frame plug. Screw in the screw – done!
