Threaded rod M16x165 ASTA

The Upat ASTA anchor rod is the most versatile accessory in chemical fastening. This threaded rod, in electro-galvanised finish with 5.8 steel grade, is particularly suitable for indoor fastening in a wide variety of building materials with all Upat injection mortar and cartridge systems. The most economical use of the anchor rod is in combination with the UKA 3 Plus cartridge. If many fastening points are to be processed one after the other, combination with the injection mortar cartridges is recommended. When installing with the mortar cartridge, the anchor rod is set with a rotary hammer drill. During the setting process, the mortar cartridge is destroyed, mixed and activates the mortar compound. When installing with injection mortars, the threaded rod is pushed into the drill hole by hand with slight twisting movements. The system is particularly frequently used with the Upat ASTA anchor rod for fastening support feet and steel structures.
