Description:
The Upat perforated sleeve UPM-SH is an innovative system component for the optimal use of the Upat injection mortars in conjunction with the Upat threaded rods (ASTA/UPM-A) or internal threaded anchors (IST/UPM-I) in perforated brick masonry. The anchor sleeve is placed in the drill hole and filled with injection mortar from the base of the anchor sleeve. When the threaded rod or internal threaded anchor is installed, the mortar is pressed through the grating structure and creates a form fit with the perforated brick. This directs the load into the building material. You can also use the injection anchor sleeve to bridge non-load-bearing layers.
Advantage:
- Minimal mortar consumption thanks to the optimised hole pattern structure of the sieve sleeve. This results in significant cost savings.
- Simple and cost-saving – one sieve sleeve suitable for multiple anchor rod diameters. Innovative centring wings fix the anchor rods in place
- Special barbs prevent them from falling out during overhead installation
- Optimised form fit in the perforated brick thanks to the use of the sieve sleeve
- ETA approval – approved system
