The baseball style Aerolite® HardCap bump cap is made of a lightweight material (expanded polypropylene) in conjunction with a sturdy HDPE shell. The water-repellent cap has a ventilation mesh at the side, which ensures very good breathability. In addition the cap has reflective strips at the side, which provide additional visibility. The cap has an integral sweatband for additional comfort. Both the sweatband and also the backing material are coated with Polygiene®, prevents the formation of unpleasant odours. Above all the cap offers an impressively low weight of less than 135g, without compromising the performance and safety. The resilient adjustment tape sits lower than for other caps, which guarantees better seating.
