Application Notes:
Fastening with plug
- The DuoPower plug has a wide range of applications and adapts its functional principle (folding, spreading, knotting) to the respective substrate. It is suitable for push-in and push-through installation.
- Mark the desired position on the substrate and drill a hole to the desired depth.
Tip: The plug size always corresponds to the required drill diameter. - Clean the drill hole and push the plug in completely. The best way to do this is with a light hammer blow.
- Then screw in the screw or hook completely with the screwdriver. The smooth-running opening of the DuoPower makes it easy to insert the screw and ensures secure guidance and fixing in the screw channel.
Tip: The plug designation and the matching screw are indicated on the plug. The required screw length is calculated from the length of the plug + thickness of the mounting part + screw diameter. - The fastening of your favorite pieces is complete.
- The screw is inserted through the EasyHook and screwed in with a cordless screwdriver or screwdriver without holding the hook.
- With a left turn, the hook is released at the predetermined breaking point so that it can be aligned and screwed in place as required.
Tip: You can vary the distance from the wall by adjusting the screw-in depth to suit your application. - For a visually appealing design with round and eye hooks, the enclosed cover cap is placed on the visible screw head.
- The enclosed cover ring enables flush wall mounting.
- If necessary, the hook can be easily removed or replaced using a cordless screwdriver or screwdriver.
