EDGE CORE is a compact video measurement system for reliably inspecting the dimensions of small precision parts in production environments. The system is designed for flexible, manual measurement tasks and supports rapid checks as well as reliable dimensional inspections during set-up and ongoing production. With manual table control, manual 6.5:1 zoom, programmable LED lighting and functions such as pattern recognition, image stitching, GD&T measurement and structured data output, EDGE CORE offers a practical solution for production-related inspection processes. The measurement capacity is 200 × 100 × 95/100 mm.
Application:
- EDGE CORE is designed for flexible, manual measurements of small precision parts.
- It is particularly suitable for rapid checks during set-up and ongoing production.
- The system is operator-guided and has deliberately not been made fully automated.
- The M3 software enables structured reports, automatic feature recognition and data exports.
- Typical applications include product-related inspections in sectors such as electronics, precision engineering, plastics, 3D printing and medical devices.
