- Wood is not a good basis for a precision cleaner that has to work on very precisely manufactured machine parts.
- Pelletising > pressing > compressing.
- Projects for degradation upcycling are ongoing, i.e. recovery of important chemicals from waste.
- PVC causes serious health and environmental problems from production to disposal (cradle to grave).
- PVC is often prohibited in companies.
Higher absorbency
- Better cleaning than other materials.
- Longer service life - spaces in between absorb dirt particles. No abrasion of non-woven particles.
- No contamination of the tools and toolholders.
- No reduction of the fit accuracy of the spindle and toolholder interfaces.
- Leather is organic and therefore not homogeneous in nature and service life.
- Leather reacts to temperature/humidity fluctuations with changes in shape/dimension.
- As a result, leather strips can also detach from the base body.
- Special cleaning agents can be used to remove grease and oil residues from the non-woven fabric.
- This does not affect the high-quality base body and the secure adhesive connection.
High lateral thrust can be absorbed.
- Non-woven strips with grooves and thus a positive fit in addition to the bonding of the adhesive.
- The special adhesive is also resistant to aggressive emulsions.
Perfect handling.
- Non-slip, making them safe and easy to use.
- Depending on the product, polygon handles or recesses for slip resistance.
Advantage:
Plastic version non-warping, for high precision use. Fleece strips with additional grooves.
Application:
For cleaning internal tapers / external tapers / internal bores on machine spindles, sleeves, and tool arbors (e.g. shrink-fit chucks / hydraulic chucks).
Note:
HSK sizes are compatible with HSK-E and HSK-F. For example: HSK-E 50 = size HSK50; HSK-F = always one size smaller, for example HSK-F63 is size HSK50.
