The EH Exit Controller secures emergency exits and enables them to be opened with a single movement.
In addition to monitoring emergency exit doors, this functional principle also ideally fulfils the new EN 179 and EN 1125 standards.
When the door handle (EN 179) or the panic set (EN 1125) is pressed down, the EH Exit Controller moves vertically downwards. At the same time, a continuous alarm sounds. The panic mortise lock is unlocked via the handle movement and releases the escape route. The permanent alarm can only be reset by an authorised person using a key by returning the EH Exit Controller to its original position.
