Disposable single grit diamond dresser.
Application:
For straight, slightly concave, and convex grinding wheel profiles for external cylindrical grinding, surface grinding, internal cylindrical grinding and profile grinding in the absence of sharp points. Take care to mount the device in the correct position (inclination 3° to 15° to the grinding centre for both axial directions). So that the dresser wheel wears evenly, turn it 90° in the holder at regular intervals.
