The RÖNTGEN bi-alfa cobalt band saw blade has a high mechanical wear resistance, as a large number of high-hardness special carbides are particularly evenly distributed in the optimally tempered structure of the tooth tip. Their firm embedding in a temperature-resistant martensitic environment and the high cobalt content ensure very good thermal wear resistance. The carrier strip made of high-alloy, chromium-containing spring steel guarantees outstanding flexural fatigue strength.
