For ⌀ range 39.9 - 100.1 mm. The modular ER precision boring tool can be adapted directly on to the ER25 collet chuck. Supplied in an ABS plastic case.
- Adjustment accuracy: 0.01 mm per graduation. Adjustment accuracy 0.002mm on the ⌀ via vernier.
- At the 0 position, without tool, balanced to Q2.5 / 6000 rpm.
- Max. speed 10,000 rpm.
- Cooling using a coolant nozzle, optimum coolant pressure 10 – 20 bar, minimum 5 bar.
- Slides radially adjustable with clamp.
