Application Notes:
The materials to be bonded must be dry and free of dust, oil and grease. Thoroughly degrease metal surfaces, sand if necessary.
Acclimatise all materials before processing. The most favourable processing temperature is 18 - 20°C (do not process below 15°C). The most favourable wood moisture content is 8 - 12%. Stir the adhesive until it is homogeneous before use. Apply the adhesive evenly to both parts to be bonded. The applied adhesive must flash off for 15-20 minutes (approx. 3 minutes flash-off time when using conventional spray guns). The flash-off time is influenced by the application quantity, the temperature and the air movement.
Fit the parts to be bonded together and press briefly. Short-term intermediate storage is advantageous before further processing.
