Description
Version:
General-purpose wet film separating agent. Separating film for thermoset resins and thermoplastics, resistant to high temperatures.
- Wet film separating agent with high separation performance.
- Silicone-free, minimises material carry-over on to moulded parts. Ideal for moulded parts with a further processing stage (painting, printing or adhesively bonded).
- Operating temperature range up to 200°C.
- Does not accumulate in the mould.
Application:
In plastic injection moulding, to assist the release from the mould of thermoset resins and thermoplastics. Also outstandingly suited to assisting the release of moulded parts with complex geometries.
- Apply a thin even film to the clean dry mould.
- Wait a short time until the solvent has evaporated.
- For sustained separation effect, repeat the process.
- Refer to the current safety data sheet (SDB) for safety instructions.
