Description
Version:
Universal silicone-free dry film separating agent for thermoset resins and thermoplastics, especially for rubberised plastics or plastics subject to stress cracking.
- Dry film moulded part separating agent, on a wax/ester basis.
- Silicone-free, minimises material carry-over on to moulded parts. Ideal for moulded parts with a further processing stage (painting, printing or adhesively bonded).
- Operating temperature range up to 150 °C.
Application:
To assist the release from the mould of rubberised plastics, thermoset resins and thermoplastics, especially plastics subject to stress cracking such as PC, PS, PET or PMMA. Anti-friction and separating agent for sliding tracks, textiles, foams etc.
- Apply a thin even film to the clean dry mould.
- Wait a short time until the solvent has evaporated.
- For sustained separation effect, repeat the process.
- Refer to the current safety data sheet (SDB) for safety instructions.
