Function:
The cleaning device is driven hydraulically by the machine liquid supply (filtered, max. particle size 30 µm) or pneumatically by filtered compressed air to ISO 8573-1:2010.
A strong jet of cooling lubricant or compressed air emerges from the nozzles which is forced on to the toolholder from a hole in the shank of the cleaning unit. When the spindle is moved, the head can also rotate and thus reaches every last corner of the working area.
The locking screws and throttle inserts allow the cleaning jet to be changed.
