Collets with secuRgrip® have a contour similar to the thread in the clamping bore. By inserting the threaded insert into the ground HB flat (Weldon) of the milling cutter, the combination of milling cutter + threaded insert can be screwed in the collet, thus preventing the tool pulling out.
