Version:

For use of mechanical and digital branded torque wrenches (not HCT) and screwdrivers, and setting and checking triggering, indicating, right-hand and left-hand turning torque wrenches and screwdrivers.
  • Display: Large sharp contrast illuminated 2.8 inch TFT display with double scale with viewing angle stability. With memory capacity display.
  • Memory capacity: 1000 measurement values with time stamp (incl. date and time) and 20 configurable test cases.
  • Modes: Tracking display (Track), trigger point sensing (First-Peak) and peak value display (Peak Hold).
  • Attachment: can be attached to flat surfaces (table, wall, etc.) using 4 screws (M10).
  • 3 recesses for secure storage of adapters (increaser piece).
  • Data output: Available via USB-C. The data can the exported as a .csv file.
  • Password protection: available as protection against unauthorised access to the menu (master password) and for verifying test cases. In addition, you can set that reworking a test case that has been performed incorrectly requires input of a password.
  • Warning signals: visual (change of colour on the display) and acoustic (buzzer). The pre-warning point can be configured individually. The acoustic warning signal can be disabled if desired.
  • Protection class IP40
  • Languages: German, English, Spanish, Italian, French.
  • Factory settings: Can be reset to the factory settings.
  • Displays the software version with the serial number and date of the last calibration. The date of the next calibration can be set on the torque analyser.

Units of measurement: Nm, lbfft, lbfin.

Function:

IP40: Protected against penetration by foreign bodies with ⌀ > 1 mm. However, tools and wires should be kept away and there is no protection against water.

Accuracy:

Clockwise and anti-clockwise: +/- 1%.

Supplied with:

Incl. increaser piece No. 649550 size 1 (1/4 inch to 3/8 inch) and converter No. 650006 size 3.

Suitable additional adapters can be found under No. 649550 and No. 650006.

Warning:

Intended use
  • For testing indicating and triggering torque wrenches as well as for general measurement of torques in the measuring range of the torque tester.
  • Torque can be applied clockwise and counter-clockwise.
  • For work in industrial environments.
  • Before use, allow the unit 30 minutes residence to acclimatise to room temperature.
  • Use only when properly and safely secured.
  • Check that the device is in perfect functional condition and is safe to operate before use.
  • Use only when it is technically in good condition and safe to operate.
  • If the device is dropped or collides with other objects, do not use again until it has been thoroughly checked and calibrated.
  • Use only recommended adapters and adapter shanks.
  • Have the wrench regularly calibrated and adjusted.

Reasonably foreseeable misuse
  • Do not exceed the specified torques.
  • Do not open the casing.
  • Do not use in explosion hazard areas.
  • Not for use where there is exposure to intense heat, direct sunlight, naked flames or liquids.
  • Do not operate outdoors or in rooms with high atmospheric humidity.
  • Do not make any unauthorised modifications.
  • Do not mount components not in accordance with the specification.
  • No torque testing of motorised screwdrivers or spanners.
  • Do not use with improper electrical and mechanical installation, operation or cleaning.
