Reasonably foreseeable misuse
- For setting and calibrating external gauges, internal gauges, bore gauges and universal measuring instruments.
- For work in industrial environments.
- Use only when correctly assembled and with safety devices and guards on the machine fully operational.
- Use only when it is technically in good condition and safe to operate.
- For exact setting, use the adapters Article-No. 439910 – 439916.
- Use only on a flat and clean base.
- Plug type F for connection to the 230 Volt mains power supply. Use a suitable light-current supply cable for other sockets.
Reasonably foreseeable misuse
- When there are objects or parts of the body in the range of movement, do not move the ceramic gauge blocks.
- Do not apply any heavy stresses to the housing.
- Do not make any unauthorised changes or modifications to it.
- Do not use in explosion hazard areas.
- Not for use in areas where high concentrations of dust, flammable gases, vapours or solvents are present.
- Not for use where there is exposure to intense heat, direct sunlight, naked flames or liquids.
- Not for use as a mobile setting bench.
